The rooms a/c wasn't blowing cool air so we told the guy he immediately came and checked it out saw it wasn't moved us right away to new room which was great very clean, great staff I would recommend them and stay again!!!

The front desk checked m in with in a matter of minutes. The outside/parking lot was huge and very well lit. From the moment we walked in the room we were happy. The room was nice and big. It smelled so good. I normally go through and disinfect each room I ever stay in but I didn’t feel the need to clean this room. It seem like they had done recent renovations and this was the prettiest hotel I had been in, in quite some time. It was also very quiet there. What I really loved was that it seems like when they aren’t completely booked they place people in every other room so that it stays quiet. I always read people reviews prior to staying at hotels. The things people complained about I didn’t see any of that.

I was just visiting Fresno, but the area wasn't the worst. Once you travel about a mile away from the hotel, you start to see a lot of homeless people in the area, but that's what I expect out of downtown anywhere. The room was clean and modern, and the parking lot was clean. Employees could use some help on customer service, but for the price, this place was amazing, area and all.

Fair price at an excellent location (we went to the William Sayoran Theater). Good amenities like a mini fridge, microwave and iron.

The place was nice, very clean, very, very, very quiet. Had no problems whatsoever. No bugs, knowing anything like that would recommend it to any of my friends and family. It's a must if you're in the area any to kick back and chill and be. Left alone, that's your place.

Appeared to be quite new. Very clean. Attention to details (shampoo, conditioner, soap containers). Waffles in the morning!!! Off the Interstate. Can't comment on restaurants in the area as we ate in.
